There is a new trend emerging South Australia and it is a trend that is thriving! Microbrewing is a relatively young industry in Australia but is one that is taking off with a vengeance. Goolwa’s Steam Exchange Brewery, Yorke Brewing, Barossa Brewing Company, Clare Valley’s Knappstein and The Port Dock Brewery Hotel’s Ginja beer are all examples of the success microbreweries are experiencing in South Australia. We have a long and rich tradition of beer making in SA and it looks as if this will continue well into the future!
